The Starter Commander art for Dictate of Heliod is awfully nice-looking and not particularly valuable, but nowhere to be found in trades online. Would it be possible to add it to treasure chests or something like that to get a few more copies into circulation?

Alrund, God of the Cosmos is supposed to get +1/+1 for foretold cards in exile, but currently he seems to get +1/+1 for all cards in exile. I've verified that this happens with suspended and imprinted cards, and I suspect it happens with all exiled cards regardless of the reason they were exiled.
