To date, the bug still persists.

Good morning, mtgo is not allowing to put counters in exile castes with Evelyn. Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider Solemnity - Rule: 7/14/2017 - Counters can be put on cards that aren't on the battlefield. Notably, suspended cards will still get time counters. Please fix it when possible.
