Hello, the card still doesn't work on MTGO. is there a way to contact the support directly or how do we get these bugs fixed?

Hello Abandoned Sarcophagus has a bug on mtgo which exiles the cycling cards regardless they were cycled or otherwise hit the grave. It should only exile the cycling cards when they hit the graveyard and were NOT cycled.
